The current housemates are very friendly and working; people of all ages would fit in.

The rooms have quality beds with pocket-sprung mattresses, mattress protectors, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and wardrobes - some very large fitted and some free-standing.

There’s hi-speed fibre wi-fi throughout the house and tv sockets in every room and we have a TV licence that covers the house. There are smoke detectors throughout for your safety. The back garden is large – great for barbecues – and a shed for storing some push bikes.

We have a regular cleaner and a gardener too, so you can relax when you’re at home.

The house is in a quiet close and located convenient for buses into Eastleigh as well as for M3 J13 and M27 J5 and Southampton Airport. There's off-street parking for a number of cars as well as parking in front of the house – no parking restrictions or permits required so your car will be just outside and it’s free.

We will accept couples which will be an extra £150 pcm.
