Two bright double room are available in a friendly professional house share in the centre of Eastleigh. Two parking spaces are also available.

These rooms share the huge marble bathroom for bathing or showering with only 1 other.

All rooms have a TV 🖥 point and the house has Toob with enough umph to deal with everyone wanting it at once.

Once you move in all Bills are FREE.💷.

The house is a stones throw from the local shops, bars 🍹and restaurants with costa coffee ☕️just around the corner. It is in a great position for the train station and motorway links and at the back of the house is an area for secure bike storage.🚲

It has a massive fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. The kitchen has a large range cooker, huge American style fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards.

The lounge area has leather sofas, coffee tables and is a great place to sit, chat or watch TV.

The kitchen leads off to the private enclosed back garden with BBQ, table and chairs to relax and enjoy the sunshine.☀️

The housemates are great. They are open, friendly and outgoing ( and even tidy!). Everyone is in their 20s and early 30’s post grad professionals. similar candidates are encouraged to apply ensure the continuance of the happy house.
