We are a friendly couple living in Fair Oak near Eastleigh and welcome a MONDAY to FRIDAY ONLY professional lodger.
We usually have two rooms available as follows-

The large en-suite room @ £130p/w, has a large walk in shower, king size bed, smart TV, Wi-fi, Tea/Coffee making facilities & plenty of storage.

The other room @ £120p/w is of good size, also with a king size bed, smart TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a desk, plenty of storage & has use of a private bathroom with bath & shower over.

Clean Towels & bed linen provided.

We have a large sunny conservatory available for meals. Use of lounge, large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer & utility with washing machine, tumble dryer & use of own separate fridge & freezer.
Also use of own microwave & mini fridge upstairs.
Very large driveway for parking. Beautiful large garden for sitting/eating outside during the summer.

Would suit a professional person looking for Monday to Friday accommodation within walking distance of local shops/pubs & restaurants. Quick access to M3/M27, railway & air port in Eastleigh. Good bus links
