Two rooms available in a friendly shared house. This home is a small house share with only 5 people and a shared lounge for get togethers ….the home where everyone knows your name. One parking permit remains available.

One room is a really big light airy double with lots of space for all your bits. The second room is a cosy good size double. No tiny rooms. All bills are included.

In addition to the personal bedrooms a communal lounge is enjoyed by everyone to socialise and relax with space.

This is offered as a friendly house in Eastleigh DESIGNED AROUND YOUR life with an attempt to ensure you fit in with the current tenants to ensure a happy fit for you all. Current housemates are all in their 20’s, a research doctor, pharmacist and psychologist/ wellbeing practitioner.

The house has been designed to make your life as easy and relaxed as possible, a true home . Each room has loads of storage , DESKS to check your emails, a shared kitchen / dining / living space and a shared lounge for you to catch up with each other at the end of the day infront of the 58 inch TV.

The shared area is stacked with games for the evenings and a large patio area for summer evenings.

The house is close to the train station, main road and the town centre with its cinema, coffee shops, restaurants and swan centre.

The kitchen is fully stocked with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, air fryer, microwave, utensils, cutlery, crockery, pans and just about anything you need to get started. Each housemate has two kitchen cupboards with other storage areas available to share.

By the side of the house there is a private alleyway leading to the back of the house where there are secure bike locks and a large private patio area great for sitting out in the sunshine.

Bills, house insurance and council tax are included.

I am a live out landlady available 24/7 to address any problems. I like to provide nice houses and treat you as I would like to be treated. Past tenants still contact me to thank me for the lifelong friendships made in this house.
