I have two generous double sized rooms available.

The rooms are newly furnished, decorated with new carpets.
The kitchen is well laid out with dining table. The house is kept very clean and tidy, I will arrange for a cleaner to come on Fridays as soon as both rooms are occupied.

These rooms would appeal a professional person who appreciated a quiet comfortable home with a sunny garden available to enjoy in the summer.

I have a dog who stays with me at the weekend, he is very friendly and does not go upstairs (where the bedrooms are)

Bills are included. Council tax is included.

Unlimited broadband is also included.
