The kitchen is well laid out with dining table. The house is kept very clean and tidy, I will arrange for a cleaner to come on Fridays as soon as this room is occupied.
The rooms would appeal a professional person who appreciated a quiet comfortable home with a sunny garden available to enjoy in the summer.
I have a small dog (beagle) who stays with me at the weekend, he is very friendly and does not go upstairs (where the bedrooms are)
