Moving away and so i'll only be around at some weekends. The other housemate stays one, occasionally two nights in the week max so you'll often have the house to yourself.
The room is furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and memory foam mattress (really comfy) divan bed.
I am not bothered what orientation you are. Want someone clean and tidy. Females only please. Street parking available.
Occasional smoking in the conservatory is ok and so is outside in the garden.
