Looking to rent my spare room out to an active, friendly and fun young professional!

You would be joining myself - a 27 year old automotive journalist and watersports instructor - and my housemate, who is an engineer. We’re both sporty and outgoing (climbing, cycling, running, sailing and motorcycling) and are hoping for a housemate with similar interests!

The area is perfect for people who love the outdoors. Emsworth harbour is brilliant for paddleboarding/sailing and there’s lots of running, walking and cycle routes on the doorstep.

The house is a 3 bed semi off New Brighton road, so is perfectly situated within walking distance of both Emsworth (15 mins) and Westbourne (5 mins) and their shops/restaurants/pubs. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to Emsworth station (on the London Victoria mainline) and a half hour walk into Havant.

There’s a shared kitchen/living room, utility room and toilet downstairs, and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. There’s a large, completely enclosed rear garden, too.

The room on offer is a bright small double for rent at £600pcm (Inc some bills). It’s fully furnished with a double bed, drawers and desk.
