I am looking for someone to join me in Emsworth. I have a spare double bedroom here in a 3bed house and was use to having spareroomers where I use to live, from all backgrounds before I moved here this year.
Ideally professional - I work in architecture / construction.
love dogs I have a yellow Labrador that is very sweet and friendly. So we do like to walk the locality 2 mins from the highstreet too, which is a great community.
Bills included other than council tax for first three weeks so we can see how we get on. I can provide a written agreement of roles responsibilities and term of spare-roomers use.
Please note having had spareroomers in the past I can provide their feedback on me too! Some who are my closest friends now.
