🏡 Single Room Available – Emsworth | Short-Term Let | November to Feb/Early March

I have a furnished single room available in central Emsworth for a short-term let from November through to the end of February/early March.

📍 Great location:
• Easy walking distance to Emsworth train station
• Close to the 700 bus route
• Walking distance to Emsworth town centre, shops, cafés and the waterfront
• No dedicated parking space, but on-street parking is available nearby

🏠 The house:
A comfortable and homely house with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and courtyard.

The room would ideally suit someone looking for a temporary base, perhaps for work, a short-term contract, relocation or while between properties.

🐶 You’ll also occasionally have the company of Bessie, a very friendly Cockapoo who comes to stay!

Ideally looking for someone respectful, clean and easy-going who is looking for somewhere comfortable to call home for a few months.
