Nice double room in my newly occupied 2 bed maisonette in Emsworth. Place is fully furnished. Great location in the town on North Street and super close to train station.

Room comes furnished (see pics) and will have a desk and chair added shortly.
Rent is £750 pm with £500 deposit
Parking is free street parking outside the property across the road, never had an issue parking here.
Shared bathroom.

Looking for a housemate to rent the spare room and share the house with. The room is available from November ideally, although am flexible on this. Minimum stay is 1 month, but preferably looking for a room mate long term however no maximum stay preference.

I work between Emsworth (in office and remotely) and occasionally commute to London. Am looking for someone ideally who is working on a similar schedule to me mon-Fri. More than happy with WFH once/twice a week, am flexible on this given the circumstances.

I am fairly new to the area having bought the place in August with my job being located here.
Outside of work I am an avid cyclist and train 5-6 days a week. I also enjoy tennis and looking to join a club down this way.
I enjoy socialising with friends and keep myself busy most weekends.

Looking for someone to share the new place with who I get along with and is a social person.
