Hi. I have a room available.

This is a large, spacious and friendly house offering lots of space and privacy. We are all considerate and respectful but are rarely here at the same time. You will often feel like the place is your own.

The rooms are fully furnished and would suit someone who travels light.
Your room is upstairs, back, overlooking the garden and has a desk, chair, bed, new mattress and protector, topper, smart tv, clothes rail, carpet and rug, unit new curtains and lamps.

1GB speed virgin wifi, smart Tv in every room.

Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, pantry etc. Anything in it is yours to use! Own storage in Kitchen. Share fridge with one other only.

Full house water softner. No household rotas or chores! I provide cleaning products and bathroom rolls.

Lot's more to add but so much easier if you give me a call! It is my home but I like nice stuff and make sure you have it too.

Friends/family /girl/boyfriends are welcome to sleep over - once a week thing. Adults only. Obviously friends can drop by anytime you want them

Great garden for party/bbq. Brilliant power shower.

This is currently a calm and quiet house but a little bit of chaos might be a change. Drug free household.

All bills included.
I have a cat.

You are responsible for your food, washing stuff and your room. I cover everything else so no hidden surprises!
