Spacious Attic Room with Sea Views

The room.

Large attic room overlooking Portsmouth harbour with panoramic views of the harbour and the sea. Also includes single use of further space useful for storage. Shared use of kitchen and bathroom. Garden and off street parking. I am quiet and prefer similar. Although friendly and personable I tend to keep to myself and allow my lodger the same privacy. The room has double bed, arm chair, desk, TV with Netflix, balcony, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The separate space includes fridge wardrobes and further storage. There is shared use of washing machine and dryer.
It's just me and my small dog.
It's a nice area for walks and jogging.

6 months initially with possibility of extension.
