We have a first-floor annex to rent out.
It in a very quiet area of Fareham near Funtley.
The annex has 1 Double bedroom with an ensuite an open plan kitchenette with a lounge including a dining area.
There is also a private part of our garden that we rarely go in that the renter is welcome to use.
The annex is furnished but happy to remove any unwanted items.
Eaves storage. TV. Air con unit if we get a heatwave !!
Parking on the driveway.

There is a handy little shop and post office at the end of the road and some nice areas to walk and or run nearby.
Shared entrance and bills and WIFI included. We are looking to have a friendly neighbourly relationship with the renter. So always happy to see in a parcel or lend a cup of sugar when needed.
Sorry no couples. The annex is lovely, but just not big enough for two people to live in fulltime. Sofa folds out though so occasional guests welcome.
