Double En-suite room in South Farnborough

Hello! We have a double en-suite room to let which has recently been renovated. It currently has furniture in but we are happy to remove it if you have your own furniture.

We bought the house about a year ago and are slowly doing it up so there are some rooms with decorations happening! It has a shared living room and kitchen and our bedroom is on the top floor which provides more privacy to the spare bedroom.

We both work from home - James a majority of the time and Emily 3 days a week as in London the other 2 days. We do have a 5 year old Labradoodle called Ted. He’s very sweet and wouldn’t particularly bother you as he is glued to Emily!

We are both in to walking and hiking and James is very much into fitness.

We are looking for a single occupancy professional who doesn’t work from home too much just because we do! And likes dogs :)

All utility bills included.
