Located on first floor, shared bathroom - Shared between tenants, so personal whilst just one room is let (Second room under agreement)
Room 1 comes with Air Conditioning fitted, whereas (Currently under offer)
Room 2 is located on the shady side of the house, dual windows to keep cool, plus access to Hive thermostat control to keep warm.
All bills included.
Bathroom has both Shower and Bath.
Kitchen is not huge, but has all the necessities for making meals, storing food, plus a washing machine - as a communal area, please tidy after yourself.
A cleaner comes every week (various days), for bathrooms and standard upkeep (to include your room too, please ask, but this will have a £7.50 a week additional payment)
Garden is average to fair size, narrow but long, with a garage which is being converted to a gym (Some equipment already in and ready to use - Including, Electronic running machine, X-Bike, Vibration Plate, Resistance Bands! (Weight bench to be added soon, plus TV for music or shows))
Landlord works shift work, 4days on, 4days off, but living room is free to use whenever not around, Garden and Gym are free to use freely! (Signed waiver will be required for the gym)
Ground floor has Kitchen, Toilet, entrance way, Living Room. (Only living room is reserved for Landlord’s use, except when working, roster will be provided)
Second floor remains off limits year round! (Landlords Bedroom)
CCTV in operation at both front and back entrances, including entrance way and Living Room.
Rent is based on single occupancy only! (Please speak to Landlord if there is a need to have any infrequent stay overs)
Street parking is available, with some Visitors bays too, though these are not specific to the property, but may be used!!
Farnborough Main and Farnborough North Train Stations are both less than 2 miles from the property, Main station offers direct access to Waterloo station in 35mins for the fastest line (Alternatively it’s 45mins for a more regular service)
Costco, Farnborough Airport, Town Centre including industrial shopping complex 1.4 miles, with Uber available and buses and Taxis available too.
