Hi I'm Jon (33), professional currently working in the Water Industry and looking for a new lodger after my previous tenant left to move in with their partner.

You will have full access to the house/garden. I’ve been working away for the past 18 months so am in the process of decorating what was the lounge. Hope to have this completed shortly. There is the odd occasion I WFH, but not very often. I have a study complete with dock and dual screen setup if you’d like to use it to WFH. All I ask is that I have access to it in the evenings I’m home. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe chest of draws. I’m a fairly busy person and quite early riser, but do have a few late nights. Out socialising most weekends and alternate time with my girlfriend either at mine or theirs, so I won’t be in all the time.

5 minute walk from North Camp station and 20 minute walk from Farnborough Main. Many shops within walking distance.
