I have on offer a spacious double room in a town house that is set on the Hartland Village development in Fleet.

The room is situated on the top floor with its own separate toilet and bathroom that the occupant will have primary use of.

I am quite an easy going guy and find myself usually out visiting friends and going on holiday. I am a professional and work in the wealth management industry often visiting clients and work in the office a couple of days a week with the rest of the time working from my home office.

I am ideally looking for a female as I find they are typically more tidy and clean than males.

The rent includes all bills including council tax.
