Lovely double room in shared house.

Only looking for people who work, are clean, organised and respectful without pets (I have a 9 year old friendly dog FYI). Monday - Friday lets considered for remote workers.

Located between Fleet, Farnborough and Farnham giving easy access to M3 and beyond as well.

There is a shower upstairs and a bath room downstairs, both are available for use. All other spaces in the houses are also shared - kitchen and dining room. There is parking for 3-4 cars in front of the house (off the road) and street parking is fine and there is a long garden out the back. Internet access also available.

It is a very quiet area very close to the green spaces of Veldemead, Twesledown etc. also within 10 minutes of:

-Fleet Town Centre with it's bars, restaurants and gym
-Mainline railway station- 40-50 minutes to Waterloo
-Junction 4A of M3 motorway to London
-Hart Leisure centre with usual fitness facilities and pool
- Moments from Basingstoke canal and access for walking, cycling and canoeing

This is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing home. I work and travel a fair bit, but typically I am available whenever I am around.
