This warm, newly decorated house is situated in the heart of Fordingbridge right at the top of the High Street set within its own gated courtyard whilst also having the convenience of shops and services on your doorstep.

Fordingbridge is ideally located close to the New Forest National Park and within 15mins drive of Ringwood, 25mins from Bournemouth and 20mins of Salisbury. The X3 bus operates a regular service to Salisbury, Ringwood and Bournemouth with the nearest bus stop in Fordingbridge only a two-minute walk.

On the High Street itself there is a Tesco, Co-op and numerous shops, cafes, pubs, atm and butchers along with a library, barbers, pharmacy and many other friendly, local shops.

There is no car parking within the property, but there is a public car park in the centre of town (40m away – at most a 1-to-2-minute walk).

I am looking for a respectful, quiet and clean professional who I can share this house with. It boasts a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, a downstairs W/C and upstairs bath, shower and toilet.

You would have your own clean, spacious, bright room with a double bed (new mattress), wardrobe and bedside tables.

The monthly rent of £700. includes all bills – such as Wi-fi, TV, water/electricity, council tax etc….

Couples also considered but monthly rent would be higher due to increased use of services and space.

General housekeeping:
