Hello, my name is Rob, I'm 30. I work in quality assurance for an aerospace company. I have been a live in landlord for 2 years and 6 months. My interests include playing, Fitness including running and lifting, guitar, singing, photography, cars, pc gaming, cooking. I would like to find people who I can hang out but I also appreciate my alone time.

The house is located next to St. Mary Church, an 8 minute walk from Fratton train station and not too far from QA Hospital. Parking is always available down church road (no permit).

I love cooking, the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, as do the fridge and freezer which are both full height. Washing machine is located in the kitchen, tumble dryer is in the small conservatory. The cooker is a high quality induction hob.

The living room is spacious with a sofa, chair and 55' TV with a firestick. High speed Virgin Media Fiber 750Mbps and an Asus router for good signal strength

There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs toilet / shower room which I deep clean monthly.

Garden is large with side access to Church Road. A locked shed where you can store a bike, no garage. The garden has been refreshed with new grass turf, decking, BBQ and furniture.
