This room is situated downstairs off the main living area. The room has been recently painted and carpeted. Has a large single bed 4ft, small chest of drawers folding desk and chair and a small wardrobe. Bedding is not provided but if needed we can arrange for a fee.

This is situated at the rear of the house, where it is quiet. The room overlooks the small courtyard garden that is a real sun trap. The room is just newly painted and carpeted and furnished with a new double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp. Bedding (double duvet and 2 pillows) can be included for an additional one off payment of £50 these can be disposed of when vacating or taken with you.

Room is located at the top of the stairs, in a 4 bedroomed house. The bathroom is shared and located downstairs.

Room 3 (3.45x3.05) taken

This is situated in the middle of the house, where it is quiet. The room overlooks the small courtyard garden that is a real sun trap. The house currently has 3 female tenants. There are two masters students and one working professional on an apprenticeship. They would prefer to share with an other female and considerate house mates who appreciate they are all studying.

All rent fully including all bills & super fast broadband, includes council tax. The general areas cleaned every 3 -4 weeks. No couples, no smoking and NO pets. References will be needed.
