Room is at the front of the property with a bay window seat and is fully furnished with new IKEA furniture including a single bed, small chest of drawers, desk with a chair and wardrobe. Recently renovated living room and bathroom.

House includes two indoor cats so must be comfortable around them. All bills, including council tax (band C,) are included.
