I’m a live-out landlord looking for a clean, friendly, professional tenant for a double (furnished with a brand new double bed and mattress) room in the Fratton area.
Great location: 2-minute walk to bus stops, 15-minute walk to Fratton train station and university bus links, and around a 7-minute drive to the M275. On-street parking is available and has never been an issue (except during Pompey home games). There’s a convenience store 1 minute away, a large Tesco 10 minutes away, plus gyms and other amenities nearby.
The house is shared with just one other tenant to avoid overcrowding. It includes a shared bathroom (downstairs), kitchen, living room, front room and garden.
Rent includes all bills: council tax, gas, electricity, water, and internet.
