We have a lovely double room available in a clean, quiet 3-bed house in Portsmouth. Ideal for a friendly and tidy professional who’s looking for a relaxed and homely place to live.

• 3 bedrooms (you’d be sharing with just one other lodger)
• I split my time between here and Surrey, so I’m only around occasionally
• Shared living room with a communal TV
• All bills included: council tax, gas, electric, water, WiFi
• Cleaner included

• Quietly located at the back of the house overlooking the patio
• Fully furnished: large wardrobe, bedside table, chair, bed and mattress
• TV aerial point in the room

You’d be living with one other lodger who works locally and is respectful and easy-going. We’re looking for someone similar; clean, considerate, and happy to make this house feel like home.
