We have 1 upstairs double room available in this lovely, spacious and friendly house.
The house has 5 young professionals (3 males & 2 females) that get on really well and are looking for an easy-going
and friendly housemates to replace the female that has left. The current tenants are fairly outdoorsy/outgoing people so we’re looking for bright personalities to fit in!
The house has an open plan kitchen/ lounge which makes it a great atmosphere to be in. There is a breakfast bar and seating, as well as two full size fridges and freezers. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and three bathrooms (two with showers). It also has a private garden, with a patio area and shed at the end.

To move in we request £395, for all utilities (excluding gas & electric) for as long as you stay! Gas and electric are metered.
