The flat has a newly fitted kitchen, separate lounge and dining area, bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and drying facilities. Parking is available, with road parking also available nearby. The flat is very quiet and the view from most rooms are the trees on the grounds.

Millbrook train station is just a 2-minute walk away, with Southampton Central around 30 minutes on foot. There are excellent local bus links, and the flat is also conveniently located for Southampton General Hospital and the city centre.
About the household
The flat is shared with just one other person, making it a quieter and more private alternative to a larger house share.
I'm looking for someone clean, respectful and easy-going. Guests are welcome occasionally, provided they're respectful of the shared home.
£650 pcm including bills and Wi-Fi.
Short-term stays can be considered and rent is negotiable depending on the arrangement, for example weekday-only stays or shorter lets.
