Double bedroom near Southampton Central station

Hi I'm Dave. I'm a live in landlord.

I have a double room to rent 11 minutes walk from Southampton central station. Quiet location, but also near Shirley and Bedford place.

Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
There might be the possibility of using the spare single room for bedroom and making this more of a living room space. The room needs some modernization. I'd be happy to discuss changes prior to a tenant moving in.

About me. I'm generally work from home which I do from an office in my garden. I go to the office about twice a week. I'd describe myself as quiet and I enjoy the outdoors.

I don't smoke and rarely drink.
