You can take advantage of our optional linen package which is £100 and have your bed made up on arrival!

En-suite shower rooms in each room are standard.

There is a good size communal kitchen with dining area, a separate lounge which has a large corner sofa, large wall mounted TV with Full Sky TV Package

The modern fitted kitchen has 2 x ovens, hobs and extractor fans, 1 x dishwasher, 1 X washing machine and 1 x tumble dryer, 2 x Fridge/Freezers, 1 x Microwave.

The property has a courtyard garden with secure bike and bin storage facility.

All communal areas are cleaned once a fortnight by Maid 4 Co-Living Ltd, the approved housekeeping company.

An additional service can be provided to tenants which can include a change of bed linen, bedroom and ensuite cleaned (additional costs apply).

The property is on the High Street in Gosport, and has immediate amenities available in the high street, bars and restaurants.
Gosport Ferry is approx. 2 minute walk.

Parking permits can be obtained from Gosport Borough Council at an approx. cost of £100 per year.
