For leisure and dining, there are numerous pubs and takeaways nearby (fish & chips, Indian, Chinese), and Gosport Leisure Centre is within easy reach. Local green spaces and waterfront access are available, with the Gosport to Portsmouth ferry link approximately 1 mile away.

The flat is in a convenient location with a 15 second walking distance time to the Co-op, and Chinese takeaway shop to the right. The Gosport Ferry and local bus routes are close by. Explosion museum and powder monkey brewery a few minutes’ walk down the road. There is always parking by the Co-op, so you shouldn't have trouble.

Rent includes all bills: Electricity, water, Council Tax Band D, and high-speed Wi-Fi (Toob). You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, and there is on-street parking available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machines, oven and hob and fully stocked with pans, plates and cutlery etc. Living room is a work-in-progress as I just moved in.


As the live-in-landlord: I tend to keep to myself, I'm clean, tidy, friendly, professional individual. I often use the dining table to eat and use the electric recliner to relax at times.
