Room in First Floor Flat

double room available soon in a large two bed flat just off gosport high street due to a change in situation i am looking to rent out my soon to be spare bedroom it will initially be unfurnished but will see near the time best suited to a clean tidy considerate professional person that wont invite loads of people round or wild parties non smokers due to the whole building being no smoking or vaping single occupancy only. shared kitchen and bathroom and you would be more then welcome to use the front room i do have an indoor cat who cant be let out so would need to be mindful of open doors and windows and would be unable to accept any other pets photo id will be needed and a reference from a previous landlord if applicable. i have lived in this flat for 7 years now and it has fantastic transport links gosport ferry and bus station is only a few mins walk away quick walk to supermarkets and the local bars. please feel free to ask any questions
