I’m potentially going to have a large double room available from 1st January 2027, in my 3-storey house in Holbrook. The room would be available for around 18 months.
My partner is expecting our second child, so we’re looking at moving somewhere a little cheaper and more suitable for our growing family. This means I’ll have a spare room available and thought I’d see if there’s anyone looking for somewhere to live.

🐾 If you have a pet yourself, I’m happy to consider this depending on the animal and circumstances.
📍 Great location – right next to the main bus route, with local shops nearby and a leisure centre only around 5 minutes down the road.
I’m looking for someone who works full-time and is respectful, clean and easy-going. I’m happy to consider either a male or female tenant.
£700 is my ideal price, including bills, but I’m open to discussing things with the right person.
