Double room available for single occupancy

A double room is available to rent in the Brockhurst area of Gosport. The room comes with great views of the spinnaker tower at Gunwarf. The household has a large kitchen dinner, garden and bike storage( bike shed). On street parking. Bathroom is shared with one other, has freestanding shower and original roll top bath, also downstairs loo.
The household consisted it’s of three adults, one who works from home. There is also a large very friendly dog, so if dogs aren’t your thing, this isn’t the place for you.
Sky WiFi, TV licences, and all bills included. Laundry detergent and toilet rolls provided.
