Location: small village near Hamble-Le-Rice, moments to River Hamble. A car or bike is a must to get around. The nearest bus stop is a mile away at Bursledon Station.

The room available – very large bedroom, with ensuite bathroom. There is a walk-in wardrobe, an armchair and dressing table.
The room has wonderful views and its own balcony.

The ideal lodger:
The landlady is looking for a lady lodger to come and share her home. The prospective lodger would be happy to provide 5 hours of light housework per week in exchange for affordable accommodation (supported by Share my Home).

The live in housekeeper is away every second weekend. The landlady is looking for cover on those weekends that the housekeeper is away. The support is very minimial, emptying the dishwasher occassionally, feeding the birds. Sleeping in the house over nights on those weekends for reassurance purposes is essential. The lady and the housekeeper have lived with a lodger for many years and it has worked well. The landlady has no memory issues and she manages her own affairs.

The ideal lodger will be a woman over the age of 30 years.
Will suit a mature student or working professional working from home or working from the office.
There are no pets.

Bills:
£220 per month in total (all utility and council bills and share my home subscription included in this amount) There are no other costs.
