You maybe interested in considering living in our friendly professional home located in a very quiet Crescent next to Havant mainline railway station which allows an easy commute to either Portsmouth or Chichester. Havant central bus station is less that a five minute walk away offering a frequent link to Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham. Havant Leisure Centre and Swimming pool is across the Road. Its a short walk to Langstone Technology Park and SSE
We aim to provide a clean and quiet home for professional houseguests working in the area. Previous houseguests have worked at the local Tech Park and often return to their family homes at weekends. We have also hosted Doctors, Nurses, vets, Firefighters and Paramedics. I work for a bank and my husband manages stock control for a construction company.
Our hobbies include travelling (when we can) and wildlife photography. We spend most of our free time with home improvements especially in our relaxed quiet garden in the summer.
We are looking for a new houseguest to join our lovely home. We prefer a female due to the full bathroom which is currently shared by two females.
Both are nurses working full time shift patterns)
The south facing single room overlooks our south facing landscaped back garden has a double full height wardrobes and a divan bed.
We have recently completely refurbished our kitchen and living/dining room - each person will their own brand new fridge/oven/cupboards.
We have a separate utility room with two washing machines.
Rent is fully inclusive of all bills.
We are keen to attract a CLEAN, honest and happy person to join us. Although we are professional and sociable we respect one anothers privacy. Please note that this is a very quiet area and the home is not suitable for party animals!!
Due to the new investment into the property we are seeking someone who is naturally well organised and prepared to maintain clean communal areas out of respect for the rest of the household.
The room is not available to couples, pets or smokers - sorry.
We have enjoyed renovating our home to a high standard and are therefore looking forward to finding a new house guest who will respect their new living environment.
Communal areas will be cleaned on a weekly basis. Our weekly cleaner is also happy to clean individual rooms by arrangement.
(Reduced cleaning at the moment while we are in covid lockdown)
