Experienced Landlord & Landlady - we have been renting our spare room to SSE and other local contractors for 7 years. Our aim is to make your stay a home from home experience, restful & comfortable. Added extras such as towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, etc. Just ask what you might need, we are very amenable.
Monday-Friday Furnished double room (4ft- small double bed). All inclusive including ultrafast fibre optic broadband. Off road parking available.
£95/week for Mon-Friday room All Inclusive.
£110/week Mon-Friday with private bathroom (bath & power shower).
Sunday evening arrival is fine for Mon-Friday lodgers.

We are a friendly, professional couple, clean and tidy, flexible and open to discussion. We have an 11 year old son whom lives with us. We have 2 clean well looked after cats. We live in a quiet cul de sac.
