Experienced Landlord & Landlady - we have been renting our spare room to SSE and other local contractors for 10+ years. Our aim is to make your stay a home from home experience, restful & comfortable. Added extras such as towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, etc. Just ask what you might need, we are very amenable.

Monday-Friday Furnished double room (4ft- small double bed). All inclusive including ultrafast fibre optic broadband. Off road (driveway) parking available.

£120/week for Mon-Friday room All Inclusive.
£135/week Mon-Friday with private bathroom (bath & power shower). All inclusive.

Sunday evening arrival is fine for Mon-Friday lodgers. Check Out Friday by 11am.

We are a friendly, professional couple, clean and tidy, flexible and open to discussion. We have a teenage son & x6 well looked after house trained in/out cats. They don't go in the lodgers room. We live in a quiet cul de sac.

Absolutely no party animals, heavy drinkers or smokers at all. Thankyou.

All bills inclusive with ultrafast super fibre optic broadband (200bmps). We would prefer a fulltime professional to home share with.
