A weeknights only 'flatmate' sharing with a mature Professional male, who is also working in the area beyond daily commuting distance from their own permanent home.

This is a professional, clean and tidy 'home from home' weeknights only and is not a house share. Road parking freely available.

Long serving Cleaner employed, providing fresh bedding and towels weekly.

Fully furnished smaller sized double room, with armchair, TV, double bed, drawers and built-in wardrobe (which is also available for weekend storage).

Everything is in walking distance so no car is required.

Two harbourside pubs 10 mins walk south, and Wetherspoons, Green King, M&S, Waitrose, various fast-food outlets and restaurants 10 mins walk north. Havant mainline station 15 mins walk.

Room overlooks the garden and is for single professional occupancy only. £110 Monday afternoons until Friday mornings, payable weekly in advance. Notice is only one week either way.

Shower-room with Mira shower (hot water on demand) and a kitchenette, ideal for simple meal preparation with microwave, fridge etc shared with a professional male.

NB: Sorry but no shift workers, pets, couples or weekend stays.
