After many years our long term lodger has decided to purchase his own home. So we are seeking a new lodger.

We are based in a lovely seculded property within easy commuting distance of both Reading and Basingstoke being located mid way between along the A33. Perfect location for AWE employees.

The double room has ample space for a wardrobe and desk or chest of drawers. We can tailor furniture to suit your needs. The room is located in its own wing of the property making it very private and quiet for you. It has its own en-suite, direct access onto the garden and own entrance. The garden backs on to Wellington Estate woodland full of wildlife providing a beautiful view.

We are looking for the right person to join us in our home with our family. I work in the fire service and my partner is a practice manager for a vets.


We have a private driveway for parking and a garage for storage of items if required.
