After many years our long term lodger has decided to purchase his own home. So we are seeking a new lodger.

We are based in a lovely seculded property located just off the A33. Close commuting distance based mid way between Reading and Basingstoke. Perfect location for AWE employees.

The room is a double room which has enough space to fit a wardrobe and a desk or chest of drawers. We have both pieces of furniture to accommodate lodgers preferences. The room is located at the other side of our house which making it very private and quiet for you. It has its own en-suite and direct access onto the garden. The garden backs on to Wellington Estate woodland full of wildlife providing a beautiful view.

We are looking for the right person to join us in our home. I work as a practice manager for a vets and my partner is a firefighter.

Myself and my partner live at the property with two dogs and our 2 year old daughter.

We have a private driveway for parking and a garage for storage of items if required.
