Hello. The room has just been decorated with a brand new en-suite and walk in wardrobe.

Located in a separate annex from the main house with its own private front door, double bedroom and pool so this is more than just a room, it is practically your own house. There is also a separate living/ cinema room which could be used.

The room is available for working professionals Sunday/Monday to Thursday night ideally but flexible.

The house is 2 minute drive from Jnc 8 of the M27 with easy access to Hedge End village, West End, Southampton, Bursledon, Whitely, Winchester and Portsmouth as well as 6 minutes from both Hedge End and Bursledon train stations just 1.5 hours from London

There is also a 10 meter swimming pool should you be brave enough, it's a little chilly.
