We’re looking for a quiet, professional female tenant to rent a large double room, private kitchen and bathroom in our home. The room features light-up fitted wardrobes, a wall-mounted large TV, and plenty of storage space. It currently has a small double bed, but we’re happy to provide a larger bed if needed, particularly for a couple.

The tenant will have access to a separate bathroom and private kitchen, equipped with Bosch appliances including a cooker, microwave, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. The kitchen also has an island with four chairs for dining. The bathroom features a shower (not overhead) bath, toilet.
