We are offering x2 spacious and bright double rooms for two female tenants in our peaceful, well-maintained home in Hillhead—just a five-minute walk from the beach. This opportunity is ideal for ax2 quiet, respectful, and professional tenant’s who value privacy and a calm living environment.

About the Space:

The large upstairs rooms comes fully furnished and includes:
• A wall-mounted large TV with virgin WiFi and tv
• Wi-Fi
• Light-up fitted wardrobes with ample storage
• king size bed new mattress
• Access to fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances: cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, tumble dryer, kettle, and a dining island with four chairs
• separate bathroom with bath, shower (not overhead), and toilet
• Access to a large upstairs landing area

Household Information:
• One member of the household works from a private office upstairs (in the same space) three days a week, typically from around 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM on one day, and until about 5:30 PM on two other days. The office is used for professional client meetings, so confidentiality is important.
• A white noise machine is in place to ensure privacy during these sessions—for both the client and your comfort.
• For this reason, we’re ideally looking for tenants who works outside the home during the day. If you work from home, we can discuss whether it’s a suitable fit.

A Note on Boundaries & Living Style:

We are not looking for a new friendship dynamic or socialising arrangement—we will treat this as your home, respect your space and privacy, and kindly ask the same in return. Our aim is to provide a quiet, comfortable, and self-contained living arrangement with minimal day-to-day interaction.

Other Considerations:
• We share the home with friendly dogs and cats. A stair gate is in place, but please note this is not a pet-free home, so it wouldn’t suit anyone with allergies.
• No parties or loud gatherings
• Proof of employment and references required
• Long-term tenancy preferred
