Double room with private en-suite – Bills included

I've recently moved into this property and I'm looking for a lodger to share my home and help with the household costs.
The furnished double room has its own private en-suite bathroom and includes high-speed Wi-Fi, access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable shared lounge with Sky TV, a sunny rear garden, and on-street parking.
You'll be sharing the house with me, a full-time working professional. I often work away during the week, so you'll frequently have the house to yourself. My 5-year-old son visits on the weekends.
Rent is £750 per month, inclusive of all bills.
