Newly decorated double room with double wardrobe. 8 minutes walk from Hook station or bus to Alton or Basingstoke. Bed two years old. Modern ensuite with bath and shower. Landlady would use the bath on occasion. I play piano and am learning jazz. Living room has log fire but only to be used when landlady is home.. As I will have to pay additional council tax this counts to £60 per month. I would prefer no more than 2 home working days.
