A lovely room is available in a clean, cosy house located in HOOK – just a short walk from Hook train station and close to Tesco. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood with a great community feel.

✅ One bathroom upstairs + separate toilet downstairs
✅ Spacious lounge – furniture still being set up, but I’m happy to buy anything the lodger might need!
