The room has been thoughtfully set up to provide a comfortable and private space to relax, work and unwind, with your own private luxury bathroom (accessed from the hallway next to the room), giving you a comfortable degree of privacy.
For an extra touch of independence, the room includes a mini fridge, kettle and pour-over coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy a morning coffee or a chilled drink without having to leave your room.

About the home

The aim is to offer something a little more comfortable and personal than a typical house share — a lovely private space within a friendly family home.

This is a lively family home with children, so there is normal household activity and some daytime noise, particularly between approximately 7am and 8pm. The house is quiet overnight.
We're ideally looking for a professional lodger, preferably Monday–Friday, although we're open to discussing a longer-term arrangement for the right person (including a 7 day a week occupancy)
