Double room to rent in horndean with ensuite Mon/f

Please make sure you read the last paragraph, if it appears you have not i will not reply I have a double room to rent in a large detached house in horndean ,it has ensuite, toilet, shower and sink.

It is actually two small rooms double bed, bedside tables and tv stand at one end, at the other which is a small self contained lounge with chest of drawers and wardrobe, there are two doors between the bedroom and the main house, the ensuite is between the two rooms,

There is guaranteed driveway parking shared use of kitchen and garden and room in the garage for a bike.

I am looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy and whilst not unsociable not in your face ethier.

I try to be tidy but am by no means ocd.

I live on my own but have two boys nearly 14and 16they stay with me occaitionally they are well behaved and both sleep.

The room is ready from end of October beginning November.
