Double Room Near Fawley Refinery

2 bedroom semi off road parking close to fawley refinery double room tv including sky in room or living room bathroom with shower no bath there is a friendly bulldog living here kitchen is well appointed but if you prefer i can provide meals for an extra charge breakfast(help yourself )packed lunch and evening meal i, m a good cook and enjoy all types of food especially spicy we have a convenience store nearby and all the ameneties are fairly near including takeaways and pubs the room is ready now but i have advertised from the 8th sunday as i have a couple of jobs to finish theres plenty of space and storage theres no smoking inside the house or in the back yard but there is a carport out front so there is some shelterif your a smoker no silly rules just keep in mind your living with someone else and have some consideration and i will do the same i, m fairly easy going and i, m renting the room mainly to help with bills i have lived here for 30 years and so have most of the neighboursits a quiet street but most of are polite and dont really moan about much if you have any questions feel free to ask. my normal guests are contractors from the refinery and i, m used to their shifts but i, m quite happy to let to any reasonable person
