Bedroom to rent (double bed)

I have a double bedroom that I am looking to rent out to the right person. I have a ginger tabby cat called Wilfred and work full time at the hospital. I am very active so will be in and out of the house.

Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home as I sometimes work from home to run one of my clinics (need patient confidentiality). So if you’re a busy/active person who loves food and hiking and cats, this may be the place for you.

I have been a renter for many years, so understand the struggles of renting. I have just got my first home, so still am furnishing/sorting.

Happy with shorter term rents. You will have access to the whole house (minus my bedroom) - which includes 2 bathrooms, garden, summer house, shed, kitchen, lounge (with log burner).

Can rent the room furnished or unfurnished. Bills included - Council Tax B, WiFi, electricity, water and gas.
