The property is situated in the village of King's Worthy, three miles north of Winchester in spacious grounds with trees, lawns and gardens.

There is easy access to local amenities and it is on a frequent bus route to Winchester.

The property boasts four separate living areas, each with their own style and homely atmosphere each providing lounge area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom facilities. The garden is spacious and secure offering privacy and security.

We are a Property Guardian company, and accommodation is offered under a Licence Agreement rather than a tenancy. This provides flexible living with a minimum notice period of 28 days.

• Last 3 months’ bank statements
• Last 3 months’ payslips or proof of employment
• Valid photo ID
• Non-UK citizens: Share Code or BRP
• Landlord reference (email, letter, or phone contact)

Costs:

• £350 deposit
• Monthly licence fee payable in advance (by the day before move-in)

**Please be advised that the price listed refers to single occupancy. If you're a couple interested in moving in, the monthly fee and deposit will be adjusted accordingly, and a separate licence agreement will be required for each person.**
