A bright, sunny, double room is available within a clean, non/smoking, quiet, and friendly family home. Two adult female children who have moved out, but one is currently staying from Thursdays to Sundays. There is also a TV/office/study room, that can be used independently from the family lounge area. Bathroom is only shared with family member when staying over. Must like dogs as we have one family dog in residence and one family dog who visits regularly.
Property in a great location - one minute walk to bus stop which takes you directly into the city centre (approx., 10-15 min ride), and has a stop right by the Train Station.
The house is also only a two minute walk to shop/ post office, Indian takeaway, fast food van & a pharmacy. Also, a Tesco Express, and two lovely local pubs both in walking distance.
