I have a double bedroom to rent out in my home for £450pcm as a Monday to Friday let.
I am sociable, friendly, considerate and want people to feel happy living here. I am very clean, relaxed, healthy, tidy, sporty and keen to share with another likeminded individual. The house has two tv's (with sky multiroom) one in the lounge and one in the kitchen/diner. I enjoy catching up over a coffee but there is also enough space when you want to relax on your own.

If you want a relaxing modern home, that is welcoming and well looked after then this could be the house for you.

It is a modern 4 bedroom house with a large garden and off road parking. There is a big kitchen diner with a large American fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and a large lounge with sofa and another dining table. There is one bathroom/toilet upstairs and a separate WC downstairs.

The room includes a double bed, large built in wardrobe, bedside table, shelving unit and nice views from the window.

All bills are included however there is no use of the house phone.

Winchester is easily accessible either 5 minutes in the car or the bus stop is a 2 minute walk which takes you to the station and directly into town.

There is one other professional male housemate and also a very friendly chocolate Labrador, who is very well behaved and relaxed.

I love being outside, walking, running, cycling, climbing and enjoy spending time with people in different activities. I love lots of different sports including cricket, tennis, and swimming.
