The room comes with a double bed, bedside side table, clothing rail and chest of drawers.

Sharing with myself, my partner and 2 very friendly house cats. We are looking for a 20-40yr old professional who is laid back, respectful and friendly. Sorry not suitable if you WFH.

The property is a 4 bed detached in a quiet cul-de-sac and has a garden, a large drive way so off road parking is aways available, and a garage. The house is within a 5 minute drive from Swanwick train station and a 10 minute commute to Whitely Business Parks. Very close to a local park, shops and gym. The beach and whitely shopping centre are both within a 10 minute drive away.

All bills are included and a tumble dryer is available at a small additional cost per use.

There is no smoking inside the house. Sorry but strictly no, couples and references are required :)
